STRAF! is a collective where specific people from justice, prison, psychiatric care and art want to give a clear signal for the benefit of fellow citizens who have non or very difficult connection within the urban social framework.
Apart from the efforts of a large group of individual artists, writers and performing artists, all museums and the Poëziecentrum of Ghent cooperate.
